What makes going to the movies so great? Seeing your favorite actors? Enjoying explosions from a comfy chair? The snacks?

IMAX wanted to show audiences that the best movies aren’t just seen in theaters, they’re experienced. So, we set out to create a recognizable brand design that showed how with the largest screens, IMAX was able to create the best movie-going experience.

This iconic blue frame not only fit seamlessly with their logo and any content featured, but subtly portrayed that IMAX has created something bigger than the movie on the screen. Now let’s stop talking because the experience is about to start.
